French composed salad with seared Ahi tuna, green beans, hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, onion, capers, and potatoes
Asian Tuna Tartar
Raw ahi tuna cut into small cubes seasoned with ginger, soy sauce, lemongrass, green onion, and lime juice top with seaweed salad.
Fish Ceviche
Diced cubes of raw fish marinated in a lemon served with toasted Peruvian corn
Bouillabaise
Provençal fish soup with a tomato base garnish with local sea food, mussel, white fish, shrimp, and lobster meat served with toast bread and Rouille sauce (olive oil, saffron, and garlic)
Chicken Thai with Basmati Rice
Organic chicken pan-seared with homemade red curry, coco milk, basil sauce. Served with steamed basmati rice.
Filet Mignon Chimichurri
Grilled beef tenderloin served with chimichurri sauce mash potatoes and asparagus
